Terms of service
Last updated 5 November 2026
These terms apply when a clinic registers for and uses OPD Sathi. By registering, you confirm that you are authorised to accept them on behalf of your clinic.
Your account
- The person who registers the clinic becomes its administrator and controls who else gets access.
- Keep passwords private and remove staff who leave. You are responsible for activity under your clinic’s logins.
- Provide accurate clinic details. One registration per clinic.
Free trial and plans
- New clinics get a 6-month free trial with all features. No payment details are needed to start.
- Before the trial ends, we will ask you to choose a paid plan. Prices are shown on our website and exclude GST.
- If you don’t choose a plan, we may limit the account to read-only access. Your data is not deleted at that point, and you can export it.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Patient data and your obligations
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis, including patient consent where required, to record patient data in the service.
- You are responsible for clinical decisions and for the accuracy of records. OPD Sathi is a record-keeping tool, not medical advice.
- Use the service in line with applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and medical record-keeping rules.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other clinics’ data, no spam through messaging features, and no interference with the service’s security or availability. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account. We can end the service for an account that breaches these terms, after notice where reasonable. See the Privacy policy for what happens to data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
