A patient portal for your dental clinic, with sign-in by mobile number

Patients sign in with their mobile number and a one-time password. There they can see their appointments, bills and prescriptions, and request an appointment that the clinic then confirms.

No password to remember

Patients enter their mobile number and an OTP. There is no app to install and no password to forget, which suits patients who visit twice a year.

What a patient can see

  • Appointments. The date and time of upcoming and past visits.
  • Bills. What was billed for each visit.
  • Prescriptions. The prescriptions their doctor wrote.

This saves your front desk the calls that begin with “what time is my appointment?” or “what did the doctor prescribe?”.

Requesting an appointment

A patient can request an appointment from the portal. The clinic confirms the time, so the request does not take a slot by itself, and your doctors’ schedules stay under your control. Your receptionist sees the request, picks a free slot in the appointment book and confirms.

Privacy for the patient

A patient sees only their own information. Clinics are kept separate, and the privacy policy at /privacy follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For more on how data is handled, read about data security.

What the portal does not do

The portal does not collect payments online yet, and it is not a teleconsultation tool. It is a simple window for the patient into appointments, bills and prescriptions.
