Three roles, each with its own view

• Owner or admin. Sets up the clinic, the team, the treatment price list and each doctor’s schedule.
• Doctor. Sees appointments, patient files and prescriptions for their work in the chair.
• Front desk (receptionist). Books appointments, registers patients, creates bills and records payments.

Because each person signs in separately, nobody has to share a password at the front desk, and you can remove a person’s access when they leave.

When the owner is also a doctor

Many clinics are run by the dentist who also treats patients. An owner can practise as a doctor in OPD Sathi, with their own appointment book, while still managing the clinic.

Visiting doctors see only their own patients

If a consultant visits two days a week, you can limit them to their own appointments. They do not need to see the rest of the clinic’s day.

The audit log

The audit log records who changed what and when. If a bill was edited or an appointment cancelled, you can see which login did it. It is a plain way to settle “who did this?” without guesswork.
