One appointment book per doctor
Every doctor has their own working hours, days off, repeating breaks and leave days. The front desk can view all doctors at once or switch to one doctor’s day, and two people cannot book the same slot at the same moment.
A front desk that can keep up
Statuses such as confirmed, arrived, in the chair, completed, no-show and cancelled show who is waiting for which doctor. Drag an appointment to move it, or drag its bottom edge to lengthen it. Procedure durations are set by default and each doctor can override them.
Logins for everyone, access by role
The owner, each doctor and each front-desk person has a separate login. A visiting doctor can be limited to their own appointments. Read how it works on the team access page.

Accountability with an audit log
With several people editing bills and appointments, mistakes happen. The audit log records who changed what and when, so you can sort things out quickly and fairly.
One patient file, whoever treats them
A patient may see Dr. A for a filling and Dr. B for a root canal. They have one file, with the same medical alerts, history, X-rays, photos, prescriptions and khata. Nobody asks the patient to repeat their history.
Honest limits
OPD Sathi is for one clinic. It does not give consolidated reports across multiple branches. It also does not manage inventory or lab orders. If you need those, you will need other tools alongside it.
