What a solo practice actually needs
A one-doctor clinic does not need a hospital system. It needs to know who is coming today, what each patient has had done, what they owe, and what to write on the prescription. That is the core of OPD Sathi.
Your day, in one screen
The home screen opens on today’s appointments in time order. You can see who has arrived, who is in the chair and who is still to come, with counts for total, waiting, completed and new patients.
Set your weekly hours, a shorter Saturday and a repeating lunch break once. Leave days stop accepting bookings. See appointment scheduling.
Patient files that replace the register
Keep name, phone, medical alerts, notes, X-rays and clinical photos in one file, and find any patient by name or part of the phone number. If your list is in Excel, save it as CSV and import it. Details on patient records.
Khata for part payments
Most patients pay in parts. Record each payment as cash, UPI or card, and the khata shows what is still due. For long treatments, set up a package with installments. More on khata and billing.
Can your assistant use it too?
Yes. The Starter plan includes 1 doctor login and 1 front-desk login, so your assistant can book appointments and take payments with their own login. Prescriptions stay with you.
What it costs
Everything is free for the first 6 months with no card needed. After that, Starter is ₹99/month plus GST for 1 doctor and 1 front-desk login. If you later add a second doctor, the Clinic plan is ₹299/month. See pricing.
